【人物画レッスン】ヌード・裸体
ヌード・裸体デッサンはとても難しいですがコツをつかめば上達は早いと思います！

ヌードデッサン・裸体デッサンのコツをつかみチャレンジしてみましょう！
こんにちは！
今回は人物画でも少し難しいヌードデッサン・裸体の練習になります。
しかし、コツをつかめば初心者でも描けるようになります。
先ずは、基礎編のコツはたったの３つです！
①モデルをしっかり見る
最初は緊張してモデルさんの裸を見れませんでした。
呼吸が荒れて興奮気味。
先ずは心の準備が必要です。
ゆっくり深呼吸をして、呼吸を整え本能的な気持ちなどの邪念をとり払いしっかりとモデルさんを見ましょう！
一番身近なモチーフですがわかっているようでわかっていないものです。
とにかく絵の基本はモチーフをしっかりとみて脳裏に焼き付けることが重要かと思います。
アートとして向き合う姿勢を作り上げます。
②頭から下に順に描いていく
頭～身体～足へと順に描いていきます。
最初はどうしても頭でっかちになりがちですので７頭身～８等身を意識してみてください。
目鼻口耳は後から付けたしていきます一旦は先に全体的に輪郭を表現してみましょう。
正面よりは後ろからの方が最初は描きやすいかと思います。
③身体の線は一気に引く
ここが一番練習が必要なコツとなります。
手首を楽にして身体や腕や脚などパーツごとに一気に線を引きます。
最初はなかなか上手くできませんが、軽いタッチで長めのスライドで線をひっぱりましょう。
失敗しても良いですから消しゴムで消して何度もやってみてください。
何故一気に線を引くのか？
それは、人間の身体の線はギザギザになると見栄えがとても悪くなります。
コスチュームデッサンならば、線のぎごちなさやギザギザになってもコスチュームのしわとか捻じれみたいな表現としてありですが、裸体は一本の線の表現がとても重要です。
現代アートでの表現ならギザギザもありですが、今回はあくまでもヌードデッサンの基礎編ですのでご容赦ください。
さあ、失敗しても良いので何回も描いてみてください。
描いているうちに自分なりの気づきが出てきますので、1ポーズ10分～15分と決めて練習してみましょう！！
ヌードデッサンを通しての気づきとアート人生の心の変化
ある時、消しゴムでは消せないペンでモデルさんをデッサンしました。
線を引くまでは少し時間を要しましたが、覚悟を決めて一気に線を引いたところ少しズレた感じがして暫くペンが止まりました。
失敗か！ 画用紙を変えてやり直そうか？
しかし、モデルさんの身体の湾曲をじっくり捉えて覚悟を決めて引いた線。
容易くは捨てられない！
しばらく悩む。
引いた線はその時の心の表現でもあり...。
そうだ！ 線を繋いでみよう！
最初の線を捨てずに繋げてデッサンを続け活かすことに専念。
そしたら、今までとは違う表現のアート作品が浮かび上がりました。
繋いだ元の線がとても良く見える。
更には繋いだ新たな線が引き立ってきた。
なるほど！と 思いました。
何か・・人生においても同じかな！
引いてきた今までの経験（線）は消せません。
失敗を恐れずにチャレンジし経験を後悔せず繋げて活かせば、自分の殻を破り大きな成果（表現）に繋がると思います。
後悔しても過去には戻れないので時間の無駄！
ポジティブに経験を繋いで活かす事を考える！
どんな経験でも活かせば活きます。
更には想定外の新たなアートな世界が広がる！
新しい人生が見えてくる！
他人と違っても良いではないか！
個性や多様性に自信をもって生きようではないか！

This time, we will practice nude drawing, which is a little difficult even for portraits.
However, once you get the hang of it, even beginners will be able to draw it.
First, there are only three tips for the basic version!
① Look closely at the model
You need to prepare yourself mentally, but take a deep breath, forget about any embarrassment, and look closely at the model!
It's the most familiar motif, but it's something you may think you understand, but you don't.
Anyway, I think the basics of drawing are to look closely at the motif and burn it into your mind.
Create an attitude of facing it as art.
② Draw from the head down
Draw in order from the head, body, and feet.
At first, it's easy to make the head look big, so try to keep in mind a 7-8 head to body ratio.
Add the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears later. First, try to express the overall outline.
I think it's easier to draw from the back than from the front at first.
③ Draw the body lines in one go
This is the trick that requires the most practice.
Relax your wrists and draw the lines for each part of the body, arms, legs, etc. in one go.
It may not be easy at first, but try to draw a line with a light touch and a long slide.
It's okay if you make mistakes, so erase it with an eraser and try again and again.
Why draw the line in one go?
That's because jagged lines on the human body look very bad.
In costume drawing, jagged or uneven lines are acceptable as they express wrinkles or twists in the costume, but with a nude body, it is very important to express a single line.
In modern art, jagged lines are acceptable, but this time we are only covering the basics of nude drawing, so please bear with us.
Go ahead and try drawing it several times, even if you make mistakes.
You will start to notice things as you draw, so set aside 10 to 15 minutes for each pose and practice!!
Realizations through nude drawing and changes in the artistic life
One time, I sketched a model with a pen that couldn't be erased with an eraser.
It took me a while to draw the line, but when I made up my mind and drew the line in one go, it felt a little off, and the pen stopped for a while.
Failed! Should I change the drawing paper and start again?
However, I carefully captured the curves of the model's body and made up my mind to draw the line.
I can't just throw it away!
I thought for a while.
The line I drew is also an expression of my feelings at that time...
That's it! Let's try connecting the lines!
I didn't throw away the first lines, but connected them and continued drawing, concentrating on making use of them.
Then, a work of art with a different expression than before emerged.
The original connected lines looked very good.
Furthermore, the new lines that were connected began to stand out.
I see! I thought.
I guess it's the same in life!
The experiences (lines) I've drawn up until now can't be erased.
If you take on challenges without the fear of failure and connect and utilize your experiences without regret, I believe you will be able to break out of your shell and achieve great results (expression).
Regretting things is a waste of time because you can't go back to the past!
Think positively about connecting your experiences and making use of them!
Any experience can be put to good use if you make use of it.
Furthermore, a new and unexpected world of art will open up to you!
A new way of life will become clear!
